July 10, 2009 will be the 500th anniversary of the birth of theologian and Pastor John Calvin. In honor of this occasion I am posting links to what I consider to be some of the best information on the internet concerning the life and work of John Calvin. - Calvin's Institutes World Wide Classroom from Covenant Theological Seminary offers many courses for free. The one course in particularly that I want to mention here is Calvin's Institutes by professor David Calhoun. It's all free with a simple registration.
- Monergism Monergism has a very large collection of multimedia about John Calvin. If you need a place to start try the series on "The Calvin I Never Knew."
